Returns and Refund Policy

If you have received the wrong items or the items you received are defective, please send an email to info@noelletoronto.com to discuss this further.

If you are not satisfied with the goods you received, you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and resalable condition.

After the return, you are entitled to a full refund, but the return shipping costs will not be refunded. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition.


Requesting a Return

  1. Please download, print, and complete the return form if you haven’t already. Request the return form using the form below.

  2. Send the completed return form together with a photo of the returned products by email to info@noelletoronto.com.

  3. Once approved, make sure your return is securely packaged and meets all of the conditions listed below.

  4. Clearly mark “Returns” on the outside of your package.

  5. Use an insured shipping service with tracking to ensure your package arrives safely with us.

  6. Send an email with the tracking information to info@noelletoronto.com.


Return Conditions & Guidelines:

  • All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • We are not responsible for the cost of returning items.

  • Please ensure all returned items are carefully packaged to avoid damage during transit.

  • All returns must be sent with a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

  • Make sure the return form has been approved—without approval, the return may not be processed.

  • Sale or promotional items are excluded from returns.


Easy Returns in Three Steps:

  1. Request a return form:
    Request the return form via the contact form below. Provide your order number, email address, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return the items:
    Send the items together with the completed return form to the address provided on the form. Make sure to provide a tracking number. You are responsible for the shipping, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

  3. Receive your refund:
    Once we have received your package, we will refund the purchase amount to your bank account within five business days.


Important Notes

Our return address is located in China. This means you will need to send your package outside the EU. This can result in high costs of up to €25–30, which we cannot cover.
